- 4 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 small red potatoes, quartered
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients but potatoes. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 servings.
