- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Peel potatoes.

2Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/8-inch slices to within 1/2-inch from bottom of potatoes.

3Drizzle part of butter into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Place spuds cut side up; drizzle some butter on top of potatoes.

5Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining butter.

7Bake 20 minutes.

8Sprinkle with cheese.
