- 1/3 c. each Parmesan cheese and plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onions or chives
- paprika
Directions

1Pierce each potato in several places with a fork. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow pan. Bake in a 375° oven until tender (about 1 hour).
