- 1 c. long grain rice (raw)
- 3 bouillon cubes (any flavor)
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Spread the rice in a shallow baking dish.

2Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes until the rice is golden brown, stirring occasionally.

3Put the rice in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water and add it to the rice.

5Add the rest of the ingredients.

6Blend; cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
