- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, stems cut
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed & halved
- 1 tsp salt

22. cut tomatillos in half and place cut-side down on a foil lined baking sheet. Broil for 8-10 minutes

33. Place tomatillos in blender/food-processor. Add onion and garlic and process until combined. Add cilantro, jalapeno and salt and process until fully combined.
