  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp. oil

Directions

    Toss pecans in bowl with oil until well coated.

    Spread on cookie sheet; salt to taste.

    Cook at 400° for about 10 minutes. Check; should be a little brown.

    Remove from oven and cool.

    Pack into containers.
