- 1 cup Cooked Orzo Pasta
- 1/2 cups Asparagus, Cut Into 1-inch Pieces
- 3/4 cups Peeled Shrimp
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cups Oven Roasted Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups Chopped Kalamata Olives
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1/2 cups Crumbled Feta
Directions

1Saute the asparagus in olive oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Add in shrimp and garlic and let cook for about 3 minutes.

4Add in oven-roasted tomatoes and olives; cook for an additional 3 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.

5Add in cooked pasta and lemon juice; it will bubble down a little.

6Season with more pepper.

7Pasta water can be added if the pasta seems dry.

8Add feta and serve immediately.
