- 4 tomatoes
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- shredded romano cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 Degrees

2On cutting board, remove core from tomatoes and cut in 1/2

3De-stem rosemary and chop finely

4In bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, rosemary and salt and pepper
-
5Add tomatoes and combine ingredients thoroughly

6Cover and marinate for 15 minutes

7On a sheet pan, lightly grease with cooking spray and place tomatoes cut side up on pan
-
8Sprinkle with romano cheese

9Bake for 1 hour.
