Himalayan Lemonade

Ingredients
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 6 cup Cold water
- 2 tbsp Himalayan Sole (see my recipe on how to make)
Directions

1In a small sauce pan combine the sugar and the lemon juice.

2Cook on medium low heat.

3Whisk frequently till all the sugar is dissolved and the syrup is clear.

4In a 2 quart glass pitcher (8 cups) add 6 cups of cold water.

5Carefully pour the syrup into the pitcher, scraping the sides of the pot.

6Add the Himalayan Sole and stir.

7Serve chilled over ice and enjoy.
