Himalayan Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 6 cup Cold water
  • 2 tbsp Himalayan Sole (see my recipe on how to make)

Directions

    In a small sauce pan combine the sugar and the lemon juice.

    Cook on medium low heat.

    Whisk frequently till all the sugar is dissolved and the syrup is clear.

    In a 2 quart glass pitcher (8 cups) add 6 cups of cold water.

    Carefully pour the syrup into the pitcher, scraping the sides of the pot.

    Add the Himalayan Sole and stir.

    Serve chilled over ice and enjoy.
