- 34 lb ground beef
- 13 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons taco sauce
- 16 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (8oz each)
- 4 ounces shredded colby cheese
- 4 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
- guacamole
- sour cream
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

2Stir in the taco seasoning, olives and taco sauce.

3Unroll crescent dough; separate into eight rectangles seal seems and perforations.

4Place meat mixture in the center of each rectangle; sprinkle with cheeses.

5Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal.

6Place seem side down on an ungreased baking sheet.

7Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

8Layer lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream on four serving plates; top each with two bundles.
