- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh-ground black pepper
Directions

1Roast the tomatoes: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2Toss the tomatoes with the oil, salt, and pepper.

3Place the dressed tomatoes skin side down in a single layer on the prepared pan.
