  • 3 stalk celery
  • 15 oz pole beans
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 stick butter softened
  • 12 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese chunks

    Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

    slice the onion and celery

    Line a pie pan with butter.

    Add vegetables.

    Carrots beans, celery, now season with half the salt and pepper.

    Add mushrooms the other half of salt and pepper.

    then the other half stick of butter.

    Spread out over the mushrooms add onion slices and cheese chunks

    Bake covered 40 minutes or till tender.
