- 1/4 cup vegetable seasonings
- 1/4 cup rosemary infused oil
- 1 1/2 cup water

1Preheat oven 450 Fahrenheit

2Chop the celery

3Wash and cut potatoes

4Peel and chop carrots

5Peel and cut into eighths onion

6Put all vegetables in a roaster add rosemary infused oil then seasonings mix well add water bake uncoveredfor 30 minutes

7Stir vegetables after 30 minutes add a coverbake for 40 minutes
