- 3 tomatoes
- 10 ounces frozen green beans
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chicken soup powder or 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Cut all veggies into strips.

2Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

3Pour into a baking pan, and cook on high (200C) for 1/2 hour.

4Lower temperature to 160C and leave at least an hour and a half.
