Ingredients

  • 4 onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 10 ounces frozen green beans
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 12 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chicken soup powder or 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    Cut all veggies into strips.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Pour into a baking pan, and cook on high (200C) for 1/2 hour.

    Lower temperature to 160C and leave at least an hour and a half.
