- 1 spaghetti squash, about 3 1/2 pounds
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the squash in half (horizontally) and scrape the seeds.

2Place the squash, flesh side down, in a shallow roasting pan.

3Fill the pan with about 1 cup of water.

4Roast the squash for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the squashes are soft.

5Remove the squashes from the oven and cool.

6Using a fork, remove the flesh.

7the flesh will resemble curly noodles like spaghetti.
