- 2 c. fish
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper
- butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- buttered crumbs
Directions

1Steam fish, remove all skin (I baked mine).

2Combine fish, parsley and mayonnaise.

3Add salt and pepper and Old Bay.

4Saute onion and green pepper in butter, add.

5Blend flour and milk; let thicken and add to fish.

6Put in buttered baking dish.

7Top with buttered crumbs.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

9Bake until the crumbs get nice and brown.
