  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla or Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
