- 1 chicken, deboned (do not salt chicken when stewing!)
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1If using self-rising flour, omit the baking powder.

2Spray pan or baking dish that is 2-inches deep.

3Place chicken in dish and pour melted butter over it.

4Boil 1 3/4 cups chicken broth and add cubes.

5Mix dry ingredients; add milk and blend until smooth. Pour this over chicken.

6Into broth with cubes, add soup.

7Have boiling hot, pour over other ingredients.

8Bake at 375° for about 1 hour or until brown.
