- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
- 6 (1 oz.) thin slices ham
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 jar Old English cheese spread
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
Directions

1Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.

2Place 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham on each breast and roll.

3Arrange in baking dish. Saute mushrooms in butter in skillet.

4Add flour.

5Add broth, soup, sherry and cheese spread.

6Cook until well blended, stirring constantly.

7Pour over chicken and top with almonds.
