- chopped cilantro to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. pork roast, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
Directions

1Boil tomatillos and chiles until soft.

2Add cilantro and boil 3 to 5 minutes, then blend solids until smooth.

3Brown pork roast. Add meat to sauce with garlic and simmer in crock-pot all day. Serve with flour tortillas or as burritos.
