- 8 large chicken breasts
- 8 slices imported Swiss cheese
- 3 slices boiled ham
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. seasoned breadcrumbs, rolled fine
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Prepare Supremes by wrapping cheese and then ham around each breast.

2Secure well with wooden toothpicks.

3Beat eggs; dip each Supreme in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

4In shallow baking dish, melt 1 stick of butter and add Supremes.

5Place on low rack in 350° oven and bake 35 minutes, turning only once during cooking time.

6Baste often, adding more butter if necessary.
