Rolled Chicken Supremes

  • 8 large chicken breasts
  • 8 slices imported Swiss cheese
  • 3 slices boiled ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. seasoned breadcrumbs, rolled fine
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Prepare Supremes by wrapping cheese and then ham around each breast.

    Secure well with wooden toothpicks.

    Beat eggs; dip each Supreme in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

    In shallow baking dish, melt 1 stick of butter and add Supremes.

    Place on low rack in 350° oven and bake 35 minutes, turning only once during cooking time.

    Baste often, adding more butter if necessary.
