- 1 roasting chicken
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Cook roasting chicken, baked or boiled.

2If baked, will need to add enough water to juice from chicken to make 4 quarts of liquid.

3Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

4Stir in only until blended 2/3 cup milk.

5Roll out on floured paper or board. Cut in 2-inch squares.

6Drop individually into boiling liquid.

7Do not cover.

8Cook 15 to 20 minutes.

9Serves 6 to 8.
