  • 3 lb. ground beef (chuck or round)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large jar medium-hot salsa or taco sauce (Old El Paso)
  • 3 to 4 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
  • 10 to 12 (10-inch) flour tortillas

    Cook ground beef lightly.

    Add onion, bell pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and 1/2 cup taco sauce.
