- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. cracked pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- meat tenderizer
- skewers
Directions

1Salt and tenderize steak letting it sit 1 hour.

2Mix remaining ingredients well and spread over meat.

3Roll up steak lengthwise and cut into 1 inch thick slices.

4Put onto skewers. Broil 6 inches above coals for 5 - 6 minutes on each side.
