  • 3 trout
  • 7 ounces sliced ham
  • 1 leeks
  • 1 onions
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Prepare the trout and season with salt, lemon and ground pepper.

    Let stand 30 minutes.

    Cut the onion and the leek into rings and place in the bottom of a container of baking.

    Cut 3 slices of ham to shreds.

    Stuff the trout with this ham and some parsley feet (reserve some for garnish).

    Lay the trout over the onion and garlic bed and drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake in preheated oven at 340°F for 30 minutes.

    Garnish with the leftover parsley and serve with lettuce salad and mashed potatoes.
