Ingredients

  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 8 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Can be mixed with a mixer until about the last 2 cups of flour. Let rise to double, then punch down and put in refrigerator. Pinch off and let rise as needed. Will keep a week or more in the refrigerator. Bake at 350° until brown.
