- 4 c. hot tap water
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. dry milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 cube butter or margarine
- 1 heaping Tbsp. yeast
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix water, 4 cups flour, dry milk, sugar and salt, then add softened butter and yeast.

2Cover and rise for 45 minutes.

3Add next 4 cups flour; let rise again for 45 minutes.

4This is a very soft dough.

5Pour out onto a heavily floured surface.

6Roll into shapes.

7Place on greased pans and let rise until double.

8Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
