- 9 to 12 medium carrots (1 1/2 lb.)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Peel carrots and cut in half lengthwise.

2Boil in salted water until tender. Drain well.

3Melt butter in a heavy skillet; add juice and brown sugar. Stir until mixture thickens.

4Add carrots to glaze mix and heat until carrots are heated through.
