- 2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 7 or 8 c. flour
Directions

1Pour scalded milk into mixing bowls, add honey, butter, beaten egg and dry yeast.

2Add flour and beat; knead in the rest of the flour that cannot be beaten in.

3Place in greased bowl, set in warm place until double in size (about 1 hour, 20 minutes).

4Shape into rolls; let rise again until doubled.

5Bake in 375° oven about 20 minutes.
