- 1 can Romano beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 t turmeric
- 2 T olive oil
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/2 package of taco seasoning
- 3-5 T water
- 1 t cumin
- 1/2 t hot pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 sliced tomato
- 6 warm tortillas (whole wheat)
