  • 1 can Romano beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 t turmeric
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 package of taco seasoning
  • 3-5 T water
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1/2 t hot pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 6 warm tortillas (whole wheat)
