- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can Shoepeg or white corn, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Saute pepper, onion and celery in 1 stick of butter.

2Mix remaining ingredients except other stick of butter and crackers. Put in casserole dish.

3Melt remaining butter.

4Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top.

5Drizzle with butter.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
