  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can Shoepeg or white corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Saute pepper, onion and celery in 1 stick of butter.

    Mix remaining ingredients except other stick of butter and crackers. Put in casserole dish.

    Melt remaining butter.

    Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top.

    Drizzle with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
