- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 oz. raspberry Jell-O
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat egg whites until they begin to get stiff.

2Add gelatin gradually blending thoroughly.

3Add sugar a little at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.

4Beat in salt and vinegar.

5Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.

6Drop by half full teaspoons on foil-lined baking sheets.

7Bake 20 minutes at 250°; turn off heat and leave in oven 3 hours without opening the door.
