  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. onion, diced

Directions

    Combine soup, cheese, onion, salt and milk.

    Add potatoes and mix. Bake in casserole dish at 375° for 1 hour.
