- 1 pkg. (1-1/8 lb.) white cake mix
- 1-1/4 cup root beer
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 env. (1-1/3 oz.) whipped topping mix
- 1/2 cup chilled root beer
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine the four ingredients.

2Beat on slow speed for 30 seconds, beat on high speed for 2 minutes.

3Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.

5Cool completely on a wire rack.

6Beat frosting ingredients until stiff beads form.

7Frost cake, and chill.
