  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 small red onion, sliced into rings
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (could use bacon bits)
  • salt

Directions

    Separate cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets.

    Peel stem for tender greens.

    Combine with red onion and grated cheese.

    Mix sugar, mayonnaise, salt and bacon and add to veggies.

    Mix well. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
