- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 small red onion, sliced into rings
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (could use bacon bits)
- salt
Directions

1Separate cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets.

2Peel stem for tender greens.

3Combine with red onion and grated cheese.

4Mix sugar, mayonnaise, salt and bacon and add to veggies.

5Mix well. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
