  • 1 lb. Roquefort cheese
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • chopped parsley

Directions

    Cream the cheeses.

    Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and brandy.

    Mix well and chill for 1 hour.
