  • 1 (5-ounce) bag lightly salted kettle potato chips
  • 1/2 (5-ounce) can white sauce (recommended: Aunt Penny's)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled Roquefort cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Place kettle chips on baking sheet.

    Bake for 5 minutes.

    In small saucepan, over medium heat, combine all remaining ingredients, except blue cheese crumbles.

    Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Drizzle cheese sauce over hot chips.

    Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the top.
