  • 3 lb. broilers (split)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 oz. Roquefort cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

    Rub the broilers with salt and pepper.

    Melt the butter in skillet.

    Brown the chicken.

    Remove from skillet and place in a baking dish.

    Mash Roquefort cheese with a fork and blend in garlic and sour cream.

    Spread over chicken.

    Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until tender.
