- 3 sticks butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Cream together cheese, butter and sugar for 20 minutes.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Add flour, salt, vanilla and lemon extract. Pour into greased and floured Bundt cake pan.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

5Test with a straw for doneness.
