  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. evaporated milk (1 can plus water to equal 2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped rose geranium leaves

Directions

    Mix oil, sugar and eggs; combine flour and baking powder and add to oil mixture alternately with milk.

    When blended, stir in leaves.

    Bake at 350° in greased tube pan for 1 hour.
