Rosemary Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
  • 1/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. margarine, melted and divided
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Directions

    In medium saucepan, heat milk over low heat to lukewarm (105° to 110°). Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt and 4 tablespoons margarine. Stir in yeast.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Stir in egg and rosemary. Gradually add 3 1/2 cups flour.

    Add up to 1 cup more flour if needed until dough is no longer sticky.
