Rosemary Dinner Rolls

- 1 1/4 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. margarine, melted and divided
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1In medium saucepan, heat milk over low heat to lukewarm (105° to 110°). Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt and 4 tablespoons margarine. Stir in yeast.

2Let stand 5 minutes.

3Stir in egg and rosemary. Gradually add 3 1/2 cups flour.

4Add up to 1 cup more flour if needed until dough is no longer sticky.
