  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2-4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 1-2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lb spaghetti

    -Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

    -Add ground beef and brown.

    -Add puree.

    -Add wine and cook until absorbed.

    -Add water, rosemary and bay leaves.

    -simmer 1 hour and serve with pasta.
