Squash Au Gratin

- 2 medium butternut or acorn squash
- 2 Tbsp. rosemary
- salt and pepper
- Asiago cheese
Directions

1Cook squash in 350° oven until tender.

2Allow to cool, then peel and mash.

3Add rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.

4Spread squash into a buttered 13 x 9 pan.

5Shred Asiago cheese and completely cover top of squash.

6Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.

7Serves 8.
