Rosemary Walnuts

  • 6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 2 Tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4 c. walnut halves

Directions

    Melt margarine or butter in large saucepan.

    Remove from heat and add seasonings.

    Add walnuts and toss gently, but well.

    Place walnuts in a shallow pan in one layer.

    Bake at 325° until brown, about 10 to 12 minutes, shaking occasionally.

    Serve warm.
