- 1 (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced pears
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger.

2Bring to a boil.

3Drain all fruits and place pears, peaches and oranges in 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish.

4Pour cranberry mixture over fruit.

5Cover casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
