Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced pears
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches

Directions

    In medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger.

    Bring to a boil.

    Drain all fruits and place pears, peaches and oranges in 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish.

    Pour cranberry mixture over fruit.

    Cover casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
