Directions

1Soak salt meat overnight in cold water.

2Drain off water.

3Put meat in a large pot with enough water to cover it.

4Cook 1 hour.

5Add swiss chard to pot and cook 45 minutes longer or until swiss chard and meat are tender.

6Drain off water and serve.
