- 1 c. juice (from canned pickled beets)
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 medium bay leaf
- 2 tsp. mixed pickling spices
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 small onion, separated into rings
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine beet juice, vinegar, 4 cups water, garlic, bay leaf, pickling spices and salt.

2Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several days. Makes 12 pickled eggs.
