- 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a large enamel pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2Pour into jars and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
