- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
- 1 chicken
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions

1Boil chicken (approximately 35 minutes) until cooked.

2Use broth to cook spaghetti noodles.

3Prepare noodles as directed on package but use broth instead of water.

4Debone chicken.

5In large skillet, melt butter.

6Add chopped onion and bell pepper.

7Saute until onions are clear.

8Add cheese.

9Stir until melted, then add cooked noodles.

10Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
