Ingredients

  • 1 large hen or 1 fryer plus 2 whole breasts
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 onions (large), chopped
  • 1/2 stick oleo or butter
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can green peas
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook chicken and chop in small pieces.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Saute onions and peppers in butter or oleo and add Ro-Tel tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce; add cheese, peas and mushrooms.

    Mix chicken and pasta.

    Salt and pepper as desired. Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.

    Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Can be stored in freezer for a long period of time if tightly covered.
