Ingredients
- 1 large hen or 1 fryer plus 2 whole breasts
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 onions (large), chopped
- 1/2 stick oleo or butter
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can green peas
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook chicken and chop in small pieces.

2Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

3Saute onions and peppers in butter or oleo and add Ro-Tel tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce; add cheese, peas and mushrooms.

4Mix chicken and pasta.

5Salt and pepper as desired. Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.

6Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Can be stored in freezer for a long period of time if tightly covered.
